Swiss Institute of Cultural Diplomacy (SICD) is a philanthropic, inclusive, membership-based research and educational Project, which revives traditions of academic fraternity. Since 2019 we have been researching the connection between cross-cultural awareness and professional success as a public initiative. In 2020 the U.M. Charitable Foundation (International) and PCO Non - Governmental Organization (Switzerland, Geneva, United Nations Global Compact member) partnered for the Project. Since 2020 it has also been a part of the SICD International Research and Education Consortium (United Kingdom of Great Britain). The Institute is the first experimental educational project making humans and artificial intelligence coexist for a better learning experience. Our approach has been tested by a variety of Fortune top 1000 companies, diplomatic missions, and international organizations (including IBM, FIFA, and the UN). Generous academic support allows us also to offer free coaching programs blending both classic Swiss scientific traditions and exclusive cultural management studies. Such interdisciplinary strategy gives our members a significant competitive advantage in the globalized executive world. In addition, SICD issues prestigious graduation Certificates based on research activities we power together with our international partners (an excellent endorsement to add to your CV, job application, or to assist with your ongoing further education).
A WORD FROM THE RECTOR:
We have entered an era of rapid global changes that requires our professionalism improvement and modern skills development. Consequently, at the Swiss Institute for Cultural Diplomacy, we support the UN's view that a new generation of leaders urgently needs innovative knowledge, new teaching methods and communication. To achieve these goals, we have created a charitable educational and research project. Here, we combine innovative teaching of humanities with exclusive research in cross-cultural management. In addition, our Institute is the first experimental educational project making humans and artificial intelligence coexist for a better learning experience. Our team also considers cultural diplomacy not as a profession, but as a set of skills that are based on personal and collective experience. Finally, we believe that in an international professional environment, any interaction is an act of cultural diplomacy. That is why we are confident that innovative knowledge we are spreading, will give our graduates and members a significant competitive advantage and confidence for the future.
