Dr. Oleg Manyuta,PhD
Co-Founder and Director of Research, Swiss Institute of Cultural Diplomacy (SICD).Dr. Oleg Manyuta is an international lawyer and legal advisor specializing in financial law, digital governance, and sovereignty theory. He holds an LL.M. from Odessa I. I. Mechnikov National University (Ukraine) and completed doctoral studies through an international programme associated with the International Open University.With over 20 years of experience, he has advised clients and led projects across Europe and internationally, including Ukraine, the United States, Austria, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. His research focuses on international law, digital sovereignty, and emerging governance systems, including blockchain-based institutions. In 2006, he founded the Ukrainian Maecenas International Charitable Foundation, promoting dialogue between Eastern and Western societies.
Karina Andronikof (Princess Bagration), PhD
Lifetime Rector (since 2025) and Co-Founder, Swiss Institute of Cultural Diplomacy.Karina Andronikof (Princess Bagration), PhD, is the Lifetime Rector of the Swiss Institute of Cultural Diplomacy since 2025 and its Co-Founder. With over 20 years of academic and teaching experience, she is recognized in the field of humanities and cross-cultural education. She holds qualifications from Cambridge University (CELTA), Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and further certifications from the British Council and Longman. She has also attended the Nice Summer University (France).Her work spans international cross-cultural projects, as well as philanthropic initiatives linking education and sport, including the Special Olympics. She is the creator of the Peace and Sport Educational Kit (Monaco) and author of the Olympic Games Workbook, a project promoting education, dialogue, and cultural diplomacy. She is the Founder and President of the Princess Karina Organization (Switzerland), a UN-partner NGO under the patronage of the Canton of Geneva, a board member of Global Process Magazine, an Honorary Member of The Diplomatic Society of St. Gabriel, and a PR advisor to the Diplomatic Mission of the Sovereign Order of Malta in Ukraine.
